Chicken Hot & Sour Soup Recipe

Fixings: 


Water ½ liter

Chicken (Boneless) 150g

Chicken bones 300g

Onions 10g

Carrots 25g

Garlic 5g

Cabbage 15g

Salt according to taste

Chinese Salt according to taste

Soy Sauce 1-½ tbsp

Bean stew Sauce 1 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Eggs 2 pieces

Corn Flour 6g

Green Onion 10g

Technique: 


Make Chicken Yakhni (Chicken Stock) by including water, Chicken's bones, Chicken boneless, Carrots, Onion and Garlic in a cooking pot.

Bubble just Chicken boneless or with Chicken's bones.

Make chicken boneless into little pieces.

Include Chicken Yakhni, little bits of chicken, carrots, cabbage, table salt, Chinese salt, soy sauce, stew sauce and vinegar in a skillet and bubble it for 2-3 minutes.

Include and Mix eggs, Scallion, Corn flour Mixed in one cup of water.

Presently Hot and Sour Soup is prepared to serve.
