Fish Zinger Burger Recipe


Fish Zinger Burger is firm burger. Make it at home and shock your family. It is arranged usually in winter season.

Fixings: 


Fish boneless fillets 4 bosom

For Fish Marination: 


Garlic glue 1 tsp

Mustard powder 1 tsp

Dark pepper powder 1 tsp

Red bean stew powder 1 tsp

Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

Salt taste

Oil for profound fry

For Batter: 


Maida 2 tsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Heating powder1/4 tsp

Rice flour 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Eggs 2

Cold water as required

For Coating: 


Corn drops 1 cup

Bread morsels 1 cup

For Tartar Sauce: 


Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Cucumber pickle 1 tbsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

White pepper 1/4 tsp

Onion pickle slashed 1 tbsp

Parsley slashed 1 tsp

Egg white 1 bubbled

For Assemble: 


Burger buns 4

Ice shelf lettuce as required

Cheddar cuts as required

French fries as required

Tartar Sauce as required

Tomato Ketchup to serve

Bean stew garlic sauce to serve

French fries to serve

Directions: 


Level fish fillet gently with hammer.

For marination: Mix all fixings in bowl aside from oil and marinate fish for 30-45 minutes.

For player: Mix all fixings in bowl and make thick hitter.

For covering: Mix bread morsels and corn chips and squash it.

At that point heat oil in wok.

At that point dunk marinated fish in player and coat with bread morsels and corn drops blend.

At that point profound fry in hot oil until brilliant dark colored and fresh.

For amass: Spread tartar sauce on each bit of bun.

The keep ice sheet lettuce, seared fish filets, and cheddar cut on one piece and spread with second piece.
