Carrot and Orange Juice with Mint and Honey 2020

Serves: 4 

Ingredients:

Carrot-2 prescription, cut
Squeezed orange ½ cup or
Orange-1, stripped and divided
Mint leaves-5-6
Nectar 2 tbsp
Darker sugar-3tbsp or to taste
Water-3 cups or 24 Oz

Method:

Juice the oranges and carrots together.
Mix mint leaves, nectar and water. Strain and concentrate the juice
Blend the carrot and squeezed orange in with the mint and nectar blend - add sugar to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Notes: 

Varieties: Mint can be supplanted with a ½" bit of new root ginger
Squeezed orange can be supplanted with either lime juice.
Nectar can be barred and the juice can be made with simply sugar and a touch of salt.
Include some papaya puree rather than Orange juice to get a mocktail rendition
