Cookie Cream Cake

Ingredients:

For the Cookie Dough 

Universally handy Flour 3 cups (375g)
Heating Powder 1½ teaspoons (7g)
Salt ½ teaspoon (3g)
Veggie lover Butter 1 cup (226g)
Granulated Sugar 1 cup (200g)
Aquafaba 4 Tablespoons (60ml)
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Lemon Extract *optional ¼ teaspoon
Lemon Zest 1 lemon around 2 teaspoons
1 formula Buttercream of your Choice

For the Chocolate Shortbread Dough: 

Universally handy Flour 1 cups (125g)
Cocoa Powder ½ cup
Heating Powder ½ teaspoons
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Veggie lover Butter ½ cup (112g)
Granulated Sugar ½ cup (200g)
Aquafaba 2 Tablespoons (30ml)
Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon

For the Quick Royal Icing to Decorate the treats: 

Confectioners Sugar 1½ cups
Aquafaba 1-2 Tablespoons
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Method:

For the Dough: The chocolate mixture will be blended a similar way. 

Cream the shortening with the sugar until light and soft, around 3-5 minutes.

Include the lemon pizzazz, the aquafaba and the concentrates to the creaming spread/sugar blend and afterward stop the blender and scratch the sides of the bowl

Next filter together the flour heating powder and salt and add it at the same time to the creamed blend. Blend just until it is altogether joined.

Wrap this mixture circle in cling wrap and chill for at any rate 2 hours or medium-term before utilizing or you can store it for as long as multi week enveloped by cling wrap in the cooler, or in the cooler for 2 months.
