SPICY FISH SANDWICH 2020

Ingredients:  

4 Gorton's Fish Sandwich Filets
4 Sandwich buns

COLESLAW: 

3 Tbls mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp juice vinegar
1 Tbls sugar
2 cups coleslaw blend
salt and pepper to taste

Hot TARTAR SAUCE: 

1 cup arranged tartar sauce
2 tsp cajun flavoring
run of hot sauce to taste


Method:

Preheat stove to 425 degrees. Cook fish filets as indicated by bundle headings.

COLESLAW 


In a bowl combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Hurl with coleslaw blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Hot TARTAR SAUCE 

In a little bowl combine tartar sauce and cajun flavoring. Add hot sauce to wanted warmth level.

TO ASSEMBLE 

Cut each sandwich bun down the middle. Top every bun with around 1/2 cup of coleslaw and 1 fish filet. Sprinkle zesty tartar sauce over each sandwich.

Present with extra tartar sauce as an afterthought for additional zest.
