Creamy Mexican Corn Salad

Creamy Mexican Corn Salad



All the kinds of the great Mexican Grilled Corn, in a cool and rich side plate of mixed greens! 


Ingredients:


  • 5 ears of corn, shucked 
  • ⅓ cup mayo 
  • ¼ cup acrid cream 
  • 1 tsp bean stew powder 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ¼ tsp dark pepper 
  • 1 tsp lime juice 
  • ¼ cup cleaved cilantro 
  • ⅓ cup disintegrated Cotija Cheese 
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges 

Method: 


  1. Flame broil corn over high warmth until daintily singed. Utilize a sharp blade to remove corn parts from cob. Spot corn portions in huge bowl. 
  2. Combine mayo and sharp cream and mix into corn. 
  3. Season with stew powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, cilantro and cotija cheddar at that point mix to consolidate. Serve quickly with lime wedges.
