Hot Chicken Wings

Prep:         15 mins
Cook:         1 hr 8 mins
All out:      1 hr 23 mins
Servings:   8

Ingredients:

Dry Rub:

  • 1 tablespoon fit salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground dark pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun flavoring
  • 2 ½ pounds chicken wings
  • Sauce:
  • ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce,
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 squeeze salt to taste

Method:

Stage 1
Warmth a smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) as indicated by producer's bearings.
Stage 2
Blend 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and Cajun flavoring in a little bowl to make dry rub. Sprinkle over chicken wings.
Stage 3
Cook chicken wings in the preheated smoker until delicate, 1 to 1/4 hour.
Stage 4
Join hot pepper sauce, spread, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt in a little pot over low warmth. Cook, mixing regularly, until spread is softened and sauce is smooth. Expel from heat.
Stage 5
Preheat an open air flame broil for medium-high warmth and daintily oil the mesh.
Stage 6
Move smoked wings to an enormous bowl; mix in 1/2 of the sauce until wings are equally covered.
Stage 7
Flame broil covered wings until skin is seared and beginning to get firm, 4 to 5 minutes for each side. Move to an enormous bowl and mix in outstanding sauce until wings are very much covered.
