Ingredients:
Dry Rub:
- 1 tablespoon fit salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground dark pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun flavoring
- 2 ½ pounds chicken wings
- Sauce:
- ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce,
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 squeeze salt to taste
Method:
Stage 1Warmth a smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) as indicated by producer's bearings.
Stage 2
Blend 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and Cajun flavoring in a little bowl to make dry rub. Sprinkle over chicken wings.
Stage 3
Cook chicken wings in the preheated smoker until delicate, 1 to 1/4 hour.
Stage 4
Join hot pepper sauce, spread, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt in a little pot over low warmth. Cook, mixing regularly, until spread is softened and sauce is smooth. Expel from heat.
Stage 5
Preheat an open air flame broil for medium-high warmth and daintily oil the mesh.
Stage 6
Move smoked wings to an enormous bowl; mix in 1/2 of the sauce until wings are equally covered.
Stage 7
Flame broil covered wings until skin is seared and beginning to get firm, 4 to 5 minutes for each side. Move to an enormous bowl and mix in outstanding sauce until wings are very much covered.
