Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract.


2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.


3. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.


4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.


5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.


6. Serve warm with homemade maple syrup or fresh berries.
