Ingredients for fish: 2 Fish (large pieces) 1 cup Yogurt 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup Oil 1 tsp Yellow food color Salt to taste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Chili flakes 1 tbsp Tamarind paste 1 tsp Carom powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Chaat masala 1/2 cup Vinegar 1 tsp Turmeric powder Ingredients for dipping: 1 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Tamarind paste Salt to taste 1 tbsp Chili flakes Directions for fish: In a bowl wash fish with vinegar, salt, carom and dip for one hour. Wash with cold water, dry and set aside. In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, food color, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, tamarind paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and turmeric.
