Veg Pizza Recipe


INGREDIENTS


8 inch size flour tortillas or normal pizza base 2 medium size 

Chicken mince – 1 huge cup 

Hand crafted crisp garlic glue – 1 tsp or crushed 8 garlic chips 

Taco Mexican flavoring – 2 tsp 

Mexican salsa – 2 tbsp 

Bubbled sweet corn – ½ cup 

Green stew cleaved – 2 tsp 

Salt to taste 

Olive oil – 2 tsp 

Jack style cheddar – ½ cup 

Blended herbs – 1 tsp 

White vinegar – 1 tbsp 

Formula PROCESS 

In a skillet include 1 tsp olive oil and garlic glue, smoke turns out include chicken mince 

Cook until chicken gets delicate, include vinegar, season with salt and Taco seasonings 

Include blended herbs for enhance 

Move from heat 

In a bowl consolidate corn, stew, salt, oil, taco flavoring and blended herbs 

Spread chicken mince on 4 tortillas or 1 pizza base 

Spread with another tortillas or second pizza base 

Spread salsa sauce on the highest point of second layers 

Besting with consolidated corn and cheddar 

Move in stove for 5 minutes in high

Grill Fish Recipe




Ingredients for fish:

2 Fish (large pieces)
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Yellow food color
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Tamarind paste
1 tsp Carom powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Ingredients for dipping:
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Tamarind paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Chili flakes



Directions for fish:

In a bowl wash fish with vinegar, salt, carom and dip for one hour.
Wash with cold water, dry and set aside.
In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, food color, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, tamarind paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and turmeric.
Mix all these ingredients well and marinate fish in it for 3 hours and keep it in refrigerator.



Directions for dipping:

In a bowl add yogurt, tamarind paste, salt and chili flakes.
Mix all them well and dipping is ready. Serve with fish.

Serve:4-5 persons
