Grill Fish Recipe




Ingredients for fish:

2 Fish (large pieces)
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Yellow food color
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Tamarind paste
1 tsp Carom powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Ingredients for dipping:
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Tamarind paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Chili flakes



Directions for fish:

In a bowl wash fish with vinegar, salt, carom and dip for one hour.
Wash with cold water, dry and set aside.
In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, food color, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, tamarind paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and turmeric.
Mix all these ingredients well and marinate fish in it for 3 hours and keep it in refrigerator.



Directions for dipping:

In a bowl add yogurt, tamarind paste, salt and chili flakes.
Mix all them well and dipping is ready. Serve with fish.
Preparation Time:10 minutes
Cooking Time:25 minutes
Serve:4-5 persons
