Fry Fish Recipe

Planning Time : 5 mins 
Marination Time: 30 mins 
Cooking Time : 10 to 15 mins 
Serves : 2 


Fixings:

Fish – 3 medium size cleaned and cut 
Coconut Oil – 3 to 5 tblspn 
Curry leaves a bunch 
For Marination: 
Stew Powder – 1 tblspn 
Kashmiri Chili Powder – 2 tblspn 
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblspn 
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp 
Turmeric Powder/Manjal Podi – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Lemon Juice – 1 to 2 tblspn 
Water scarcely any spoons 

Strategy:


Blend all the element for the marination to a thick glue. 
Apply it everywhere throughout the fish and leave to marinate for 30 mins, you can put it over daylight or leave it on the counter. 

Warmth coconut oil in a dish, place fish over it and cook secured for 7 to 8 mins, flip over and cook on opposite side till firm and cooked. 

Include curry leaves and blend well. 

Serve hot.
