Russian Salad 2020


INGREDIENTS: 

Potatoes 2

Carrots 2

Apple 1

Pecan 50 gm

Raisin 50 gm

Mayonnaise ½ cup

Dark pepper ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Cream 4 tsp

METHOD:

Bubble potatoes and carrots.

Cut apple, potato and carrot into shapes.

Join bubbled carrot, bubbled potatoes, apple, pecan, raisin, dark pepper, cream in a bowl and blend well.

Serve the flavorful Russian plate of mixed greens with flame broiled chicken and zeera pulao.

To serve, decorate with lettuce leaf, cut cucumber and long cuts of carrot.

Tips: Boiled green peas or bubbled chicken can likewise be added to the serving of mixed greens.
