Chicken Fried Rice |
Ingredients:
rice-
1 ½ cup basmati rice, uncooked3 cups water
1 lb chicken
2 carrots, ground
2 eggs
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp oil
2 Tbsp margarine
green onion, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce
2 tsp sesame oil1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp water
Method:
In a goulash dish join the rice and 3 cups water. Cook at 400F for 25-30 minutes (rice is prepared when fleecy). Cushion rice, put aside to cool.In a skillet with 1 tsp oil cook the chicken until brilliant and completely cooked. Gently season with salt and pepper.
Expel the chicken from container. Include 1 Tbsp margarine with the carrots. Sauté over medium warmth until completely cooked. Evacuate carrots (add to chicken).
Include 1 Tbsp margarine and scramble the eggs, blending varying.
Include the chicken and carrots back to the skillet with garlic, mix to consolidate.
Include rice and mix.
In a little bowl, join elements for the sauce. Empty sauce into skillet. Include green onion. Fry another 2-3 minutes, blending varying.
