Fire Cracker Chicken 2020



Ingredients:

·         1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken bosoms cut into 1 inch pieces
·         salt and pepper to taste
·         1/3 cup cornstarch
·         2 eggs beaten
·         3 tablespoons vegetable oil
·         1/3 cup wild ox hot sauce
·         1/2 cup darker sugar
·         1 tablespoon rice vinegar
·         1/4 teaspoon red pepper drops or more to taste
·         1/4 cup cut green onions

Instruction:

1.       Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9"x13" skillet with cooking shower.
2.       Spot the chicken pieces on a plate and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and hurl to cover equitably.
3.       Plunge each bit of chicken into the beaten eggs.
4.       Warmth the oil over high warmth in a huge skillet. Spot the chicken in a solitary layer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until brilliant dark colored. You may need to work in clumps.
5.       Spot the chicken pieces in a solitary layer in the 9"x13" skillet.
6.       In a little bowl, whisk together the wild ox sauce, dark colored sugar, rice vinegar and red pepper chips.

7.       Pour the sauce over the chicken. Heat for 35 minutes, mixing once part of the way through to cover the chicken with the sauce. Top with green onions and serve.
