Fish Tikka Recipe 2020

Ingredients  Fish Tikka Recipe: 

*Boneless Fish cut into 2 inch solid shapes 500 grams

*Ginger Garlic Paste

*Ginger-garlic glue 1 tablespoon

*Green bean stew glue 1 teaspoon

*Juice of 1 lemon

*Salt to taste

*Mustard oil 3-4 tablespoons

*Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 teaspoon

*Garlic finely cleaved 8-10 cloves

*Green chillies finely cleaved 2

*Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoons

*Red bean stew powder 1/4 teaspoon

*Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

*Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

*Dark salt (kala namak) a squeeze

*Yogurt 4 tablespoons

*Oil for lubing

Method:

Stage 1

Spot fish solid shapes in a bowl. Include ginger-garlic glue, green bean stew glue, lemon squeeze and salt. Blend well and put aside to marinate for 20 minutes.

Stage 2

Warmth mustard oil in a non-stick skillet, include carom seeds, garlic, green chillies and sauté till the garlic gets brilliant.

Stage 3

Include gram flour, lessen heat and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Move into a bowl. Include red bean stew powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dark salt, yogurt and little water and blend. Include the marinated fish and salt and blend well. Put aside to marinate for

Stage 4

Oil the container of the air fryer with a little oil. Spot the marinated fish pieces on the base. Cook on grill mode noticeable all around fryer at 200° C for 8-10 minutes or till done. Move onto a serving plate and serve hot.
