Ingredients: 

  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar 
  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 3 huge egg whites, at room temperature 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 
  • Touch of salt 
  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar 
  • 2 to 3 drops gel nourishment shading (see underneath) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond or mint concentrate 
  • Arranged fillings (see underneath) 

Method: 

  1. Exceptional gear: Oven with convection setting, 4 preparing sheets, 3 silicone heating mats, Fine-work sifter, Pastry sack with 1/4-inch round tip 
  2. Preheat the stove to 300 degrees F utilizing the convection setting. Line 3 heating sheets with silicone mats. Measure the confectioners' sugar and almond flour by spooning them into estimating cups and leveling with a blade. Move to a bowl; rush to consolidate. 
  3. Filter the sugar-almond flour blend, a little at once, through a fine-work strainer into an enormous bowl, squeezing with an elastic spatula to go through however much as could be expected. It will take some time, and up to 2 tablespoons of coarse almond flour might be left; simply hurl it.

  8. Let the treats sit at room temperature until the tops are never again clingy to the touch, 15 minutes to 60 minutes, contingent upon the moistness. Slip another preparing sheet under the main bunch (a twofold preparing sheet shields the treats from the warmth).

  1. Lavender-Honey: 

  1. Tint the player with 2 drops violet gel nourishment shading; season with almond or vanilla concentrate. For the filling, blend 3/4 cup mascarpone cheddar, 2 tablespoons nectar and 1 teaspoon ground dried lavender. 

  1. Pineapple: 

  1. Tint the player with 2 drops lemon yellow gel nourishment shading; enhance with vanilla concentrate. For the filling, press 3/4 cup pineapple jam through a strainer, disposing of any enormous pieces.
