Easy Keto Chaffle Waffle 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  •  ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  •  2 tablespoons almond flour
  •  ½ teaspoon baking powder

Method:

  1. Preheat waffle maker to medium high heat.
  2. Whisk together egg, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and baking powder
  3. mixing keto chaffle ingredients
  4. Pour chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle maker and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and set.
  5. pour chaffle on waffle maker
  6. Remove chaffle from the waffle maker and serve.
