Irish Stew

Ingredients:

*2 pounds throw broil cut into 1-inch solid shapes
*1/4 cup flour discretionary, preclude if sans gluten
*1 teaspoon salt
*1/2 teaspoon pepper
*2 tablespoons olive oil
*1 little onion finely cleaved
*1/2 cup hamburger juices
*1 straight leaf
*2 cups infant carrots
*4 medium potatoes stripped, and cut into 1-inch lumps

Method: 

Spot the hamburger shapes, flour, and salt and pepper in an enormous ziptop sack or bowl. Seal and shake to cover all 3D shapes with flour or mix delicately.

In a huge skillet, heat oil until sparkling. Include the meat 3D squares and dark colored on all sides. Try not to swarm meat in container. Do this in clusters if your dish isn't sufficiently huge to oblige all the meat at once. As the meat tans, expel it to simmering pot.

Add the onions to the drippings in skillet and sauté until delicate. Add the onions to the slow cooker.

Mix in the hamburger stock and sound leaf. Spread and cook on LOW for four hours.

Include the carrots and potatoes and mix delicately to join. Cook on LOW for another two to four hours or until meat and vegetables are delicate.

Alter the seasonings with salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Notes 

To freeze: cool the stew totally. Wrap, mark, and freeze in a hermetically sealed compartment. Warm on the stovetop or in the microwave before serving.

Note: the stew can likewise be cooked on the stovetop. Stew on low for 2 to 3 hours until the meat is delicate, including the vegetables over the most recent 30 minutes of cooking.
