Ingredients:


12 ounces barramundi (around 2 filets), defrosted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup white wine (we like Chardonnay or Dry Riesling)

2 Tablespoons unsalted margarine, softened

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoon tricks

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (discretionary) for serving

Method: 


Warmth stove to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lay barramundi filets in a solitary layer in a medium preparing dish.

In a medium blending bowl, whisk together the garlic, white wine, dissolved spread, lemon juice, tricks, salt, and pepper.
