Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients:

For the first layer: 

2 medium bananas
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons uncooked moved oats or granola
2 tablespoons slashed cashew nuts or other nut of your decision

For the subsequent layer: 

4 enormous crisp strawberries cut

For the third layer: 

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 teaspoons nectar
2 tablespoons chia seeds

For decorating: 

1-2 tablespoons of your preferred dried organic product blend I utilized tropical dried natural product blend



Method: 


In a plate or bowl, crush the banana with a fork and blend it in with cocoa powder, oats or granola, and nuts until acquiring a homogeneous blend. Gap sum and spot into 2 cleaned containers.

Spot strawberry cuts over the banana layer.

In a different bowl, blend yogurt in with nectar and chia seeds, and afterward place over the strawberries. Embellishment with the dried natural product blend.

Spot the tops on and keep refrigerated for as long as 2 days. It tends to be moved to work and different places, and had chilled either for breakfast or for lunch.
