Chili Chicken Recipe


Course: Main Course

Servings: 4 

Ingredients: 

*500 gm boneless chicken
*1 tbsp ginger ground
*2 tbsp oil
*1 tbsp soy sauce
*1 tbsp vinegar
*1 tbsp nectar
*2 tbsp cornflour
*1 green ringer pepper cut into solid shapes
*6 green chilies meagerly cut
*1/2 tsp dark pepper squashed
*1/4 tsp salt

Cooking Method 


1. Flush and channel chicken prperly.

2. Cut into 1 inch pieces.

3. Spot chicken in a bowl, include cornflour, dark pepper and salt.

4. Go to cover equitably.

5. Warmth oil in a skillet, include ginger.

6. Cook for 1 minutes at that point put chicken in it.

7. Continue mixing.

8. Cook for 8-10 moment or until turn brilliant dark colored.

9. At that point include green chime pepper and sautéed food for 2 minutes.

10. Presently include soya sauce ,vinegar and nectar.

11. Stew for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

12. Mood killer the warmth.

13. Take it out into a serving dish.

14. Sprinkle green chilies over it.Rapid Fire Chili Chicken is prepared to serve.

15. Appreciate with bubbled rice.
