Chinioti Mutton Kunna



Fixings 


- 1 cup Desi Ghee

- 1 Onion

- 1 tbsp Whole White Cumin

- 1 tbsp Green Chili

- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

- 700g Mutton

- according to taste Salt

- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder

- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

- 1 tsp Turmeric

- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

- 1 cup Mutton Stock

- 5g Green Coriander

- 5g Ginger

- 1 tbsp Black Cumin

- 3 tsp Wheat Flour

Cooking Method 


1-In an earth cooking pot, add desi ghee and bring to warm

2-Now, include onion, entire white cumin, green stew and cook until light darker

3-Now, include ginger garlic glue, lamb and cook for 2-3 minutes

4-Now, include salt, red bean stew powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and blend them well

5-Now, stew for 35-40 minutes on low fire, at that point cook for 5-7 minutes

6-Now, include lamb stock, wheat flour blended in water

7-Now, utilize green coriander, ginger, green bean stew for decorate

Your delicious Mutton Kunna now prepared to serve
