Fish Manchurian Recipe



Ingredients:

500 g Fish/Chicken
1 tbsp white seasoning
1 egg
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil
50 g garlic
2 inexperienced chilies
1 cup cetchup
1 tbsp Chinese salt
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soja bean sauce
3 tbsp sugar



Cooking Method:

1. in a very gut add fish, than add salt, white chili powder(1/2) tbsp, Egg, Maida, Corn Flour and blend all
2. currently take a pan, then add oil (as needed), let it hot. Then add marinated Fish during this hot oil, deep fry it until it changes into golden brown.
3. currently add a pair of tbsp oil in a very pan, add cut garlic during this oil and cook it for 2 minutes
4. currently add inexperienced chilies, ketchup, salt, white seasoning ( ½ tbsp), vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt, sugar and cook it for five minutes.
5. currently add ready Fish during this and cook it for two minutes
6. Your tasty Fish geographical region is prepared to serve



Cooking Time: half-hour Serve: four folks
