Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole


Ingredients:

1 pound ground pork sausage
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
6 cuts white bread,
toasted and cut into cubes
8 ounces mellow cheddar

1. Disintegrate frankfurter into a medium skillet. Cook over medium warmth until equally dark colored; channel.

2. In a medium bowl, combine mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk. Include the frankfurter, bread shapes, and cheddar, and mix to cover equitably. Fill a lubed 9x13 inch preparing dish. Spread, and chill in the fridge for 8 hours, or medium-term.

3. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

4. Spread, and heat 45 to an hour. Reveal, and lessen temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Prepare for an extra 30 minutes, or until set.
