Grilled Surmai Fish Recipe

Ingredients: 

500 gms firm fleshed fish cut into 1 inch 3D shapes
For the marinade:
2 tsp ginger garlic glue
Green chillies
Dill Leaves
New coriander
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp tamarind remove
Ocean Salt
1 cup refined oil
infant potatoes

For the hardening : 

2 tbsp oil
1 tsp onion seeds
1 tsp dark mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2-3 dry red bean stew
Black salt

Method:


1.In an a mortar and pestle, put green chillies, scarcely any dill leaves, red crisp powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger and garlic glue together till it is practically fine in surface.

2.Add different flavors, salt, and crisp coriander leaves and pound. Check for parity of flavors and keep this marinade aside

3.In another skillet heat up the potatoes and cut them into equal parts.

4.Add a tsp of the marinade glue on the fish and put them one top of the other.

5.Grill on a medium hot barbecue till the fish effectively drops with a fork, seasoning with a little oil and spread blend to keep the sodden

6.In another skillet, dry meal the cumin seeds, infant potatoes, salt, coriander seeds, 1 tsp of oil, 2 tsp of tamarind extricate. Hurl with a tad bit of the marinade.

7.In a dish, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Include onion seeds, dark mustard oil, cumin seeds, fennel powder, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies and dark salt.

8.Pout this treating over the fish and serve hot
